- Uploading or sharing any content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or to our systems.
- Impersonating any person or entity, or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Interfering with the proper functioning of Basicana or any activities conducted on the platform.

4.1. Basicana may provide various types of content, including assessments, reports, articles, and user-generated content. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and quality of our content, we do not guarantee its completeness or suitability for your specific needs.

6. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and transparency. By purchasing our Services, you agree to the following refund terms:
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only for purchases made directly through our website or authorized resellers.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
Conditions for Refunds
The skill assessment test was not accessed or used.
Technical issues on our platform prevented the use of the service, and our support team could not resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.
Misleading or incorrect information was provided at the time of purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
Tests that have been started or completed.
Subscription fees after the initial 7-day period.
Any custom or special services that have already been delivered.
Subscription Plans
Monthly Subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the subscription renewal date. No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the renewal date.
Annual Subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal date. A pro-rated refund may be issued based on the remaining term of the subscription minus a cancellation fee.
Process for Requesting a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our support team at [email protected].
The request should include the order number, date of purchase, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund.
Our support team will review the request and respond within 5 business days. Additional information may be requested to process the refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
